Job summary

ATR, LLC seeks a Help Desk Technician II to join our team at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The role provides comprehensive help desk and asset management support, including ticket creation, escalation, troubleshooting, and data capture in the ticketing system.

The candidate will image and deploy virtual systems, provide initial support for incidents, assist with technical queries, and help maintain SOPs. Mobile device administration and SIPR token support are also part of the duties.

Qualifications

• High school/GED or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in PC maintenance functions.
• IT I level certification IAW AR 25-2 and IAT II per DoD 8570.01-M and BBP 05-PR-M-0002.
• MS Desktop Support Technician or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize and meet deadlines in a help desk environment.
• Provide comprehensive help desk and asset management support.
• Create and maintain SOPs for efficient operations.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Report metrics and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
• Support mobile devices and SIPR token management.
