The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/related field and 4+ years of progressive HR experience with strong policy application and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Four or more years of progressive HR experience with employee relations focus.
• Experience independently conducting workplace investigations and advising leaders.
• Knowledge of federal employment practices and policy application.
• Experience supporting a high-volume hourly workforce and frontline leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onsite HR point of contact for employee relations at Indianapolis contact center.
• Receive, assess, document, and resolve employee concerns including conduct, attendance, and policy questions.
• Conduct timely, fair investigations with intake, witness interviews, evidence review, findings and next steps.
• Manage employee relations cases from intake to closure; escalate high-risk matters as needed.
• Support harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and ethics concerns per protocols.
