Job summary

SONIFI Health Incorporated is seeking an Onsite Healthcare Service Representative to deliver hands-on service and technical support at hospital and care facility sites. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, updating, and training customers on SONIFI systems with minimal supervision.

You will manage inventory, complete admin duties, and participate in pager duty as required, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and system reliability.

Qualifications

• A related two-year degree and two years of experience.
• Proficiency in head-end, RF, telecom, digital TV, and computer troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical service and support with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair SONIFI iTV, Staycast, and related systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades at healthcare facilities.
• Train customers on SONIFI system operations and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain inventory, timecards, and customer issue records; support scheduling.
• Be available for pager duty and possible overtime as required.
