Qualifications

• Experience with High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end.
• Requires valid driver's license and ability to travel locally within Northern CA; occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to SONIFI clients in hospitality environments.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain SONIFI products and services at customer sites.
• Communicate professionally with staff and ensure excellent customer experience.
