Job summary

UnityBPO in Albuquerque is seeking an in-person IT support specialist to assist clinicians with PC hardware and software issues across the Albuquerque metro. You will troubleshoot, document, and resolve a variety of tech problems while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work with healthcare staff in a fast-paced environment. Training and a collaborative team culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year experience troubleshooting and repairing PCs.
• Working knowledge of PC hardware, software, operating systems, network settings and MS Office.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift/transport moderately heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside normal hours.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient, client, and company information.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer service experience with polished communications, patience and empathy.
• Resolve in-depth PC hardware and software problems using documented processes.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance to clinicians and caregivers and resolve inquiries effectively.
• Use remote tools and knowledge bases to diagnose and resolve issues within target times.
• Meet or exceed targeted performance metrics.
• Adapt to changes in the environment and learn new training platforms.
• Document all required information into the ticketing system.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience.
• Escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate team for resolution.
