Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an FSO Technician in Kokomo to provide deskside and field support for Windows and Mac devices, troubleshoot collaboration tools, and manage asset lifecycle. The role includes imaging, deployment, device configuration, and basic MDM tasks.

The candidate will handle tickets in ServiceNow, follow ITIL processes, assist with onboarding, and ensure compliance with healthcare security policies while supporting on‑site clinicians and business staff.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of deskside/field support experience.
• Strong Windows 10/11 knowledge and basic Mac support.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM system.
• Networking basics (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote support for Windows and Apple devices.
• Troubleshoot issues related to collaboration tools and email.
• Perform device imaging, deployment, and post‑deployment checks.
• Configure and troubleshoot end‑user devices and peripherals.
• Support mobile devices and basic MDM troubleshooting.
• Manage tickets in ITSM system and ensure updates & closure.
• Adhere to ITIL processes for incidents, requests, and assets.
• Assist with onboarding and access coordination for new hires.
• Maintain accurate asset records and perform audits.
• Coordinate depot/vendor repairs and warranty replacements.
• Follow healthcare security policies and SLAs; participate in on‑call.
