A premier healthcare organization in Atlanta seeks a highly organized Coordinator, Central Intake Case Manager to manage case referrals and ensure high standards of patient care. This full-time contract role lasts 3 months, with potential extensions and opportunities for permanent positions. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and experience in a healthcare setting, ideally with knowledge of EPIC. The work environment is 100% onsite with no required travel.

Qualifications

• Functional knowledge of computers and basic software applications.
• Minimum of six years of experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
• Completion of courses in ICD-9/ICD-10, CPT coding, and Medical Terminology.

Responsibilities

• Process and assign complex case management referrals.
• Ensure timely distribution of cases to the Case Management Team.
• Utilize analytical skills to verify information and maintain accurate electronic health records.
