You will work closely with customers, manage service schedules, and escalate issues as needed, ensuring high reliability of critical medical devices. Requires travel to multiple client locations and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• HS Degree or Equivalent. Preferred: Associate degree or technical/vocational electronics training.
• 2–5 years related electronics experience is desirable.
• Experience with MS Office tools and basic ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair designated VMS equipment within a field service territory.
• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and upgrades per VMS guidelines.
• Maintain territory management, documentation, and customer relationships.
