Job summary

Medcor is seeking an EMT or Paramedic to serve as an Onsite Health Technician at a construction site clinic in Louisa, VA on a PRN basis. The clinic operates Monday through Saturday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, with hours varying by client needs.

You will provide patient care, manage workers’ compensation cases, support Return to Work programs, document care using EMR, and collaborate with Medcor leadership and client staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold EMT or Paramedic licensure as applicable to role.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the on-site clinic per Medcor protocols.
• Collaborate with medical/operational leadership and client staff.
• Manage workers’ compensation cases and Return to Work programs.
• Document care using EMR and maintain accurate records.
• Support for onsite employee health and wellness efforts.
