Medcor is seeking an EMT or Paramedic to join the Hawesville, KY construction-site clinic as an Onsite Health Technician on a PRN basis. The role covers patient care, RTW support, and case management, working within Medcor’s on-site clinic operations Monday through Sunday with variable hours based on client needs.

Applicants should be comfortable in a construction environment, able to lift a 50lb bag, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have valid licensure for the position you are applying to.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to lift a 50lb emergency response bag.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and outgoing personality.
• Willingness to go above and beyond in a construction environment.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Medcor medical and operational leadership, local medical providers, and client staff.
• Provide patient care and ongoing workers’ compensation case management.
• Facilitate Return to Work (RTW) program and monitor treatment plans.
• Document care using state-of-the-art EMR and related tools.
• Participate in OSHA record-keeping and daily on-site operations.
