Job summary

Medcor is seeking an Onsite Health Technician (EMT or Paramedic) for a PRN role at a construction-site clinic in Louisa, VA. The position requires working in a dynamic environment, with potential shifts on different days and varied hours.

You will provide patient care, assist with workers’ compensation case management, and facilitate RTW programs, while collaborating with medical and operational leadership and external providers.

Qualifications

• Must hold EMT or Paramedic licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Able to lift 50 lb and work at heights as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality with a willingness to go above and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care at an on-site clinic at a construction site.
• Manage workers’ compensation case information and RTW program facilitation.
• Monitor treatment plans and stay aligned with Medcor leadership and client medical staff.
• Document care using EMR and maintain accurate records.
• Support OSHA record-keeping and daily on-site operations.
