Medcor seeks an EMT or Paramedic to serve as an Onsite Health Technician at our construction site clinic in Mineral, VA. This PRN role supports patient care, return-to-work facilitation, and case management while collaborating with medical and operational leadership.

You will use Medcor protocols to assess and treat injuries and illnesses and assist with screenings and documentation. The position requires current licensure, CPR/BLS, and the ability to work in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid EMT or Paramedic licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in construction environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Participate in daily operations at on-site clinic.
• Provide courteous service to clients and employees.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries per Medcor protocols.
• Maintain internal relationships with medical/operations leadership.
• Support wellness programs and on-site health initiatives.
• Conduct pre-employment and post-offer screenings.
• Document care using EMR and other tools.
• Maintain OSHA records and medical charts.
