Job summary

Medcor Inc. seeks an EMT or Paramedic to serve as an Onsite Health Technician at our construction-site clinic in Louisa, VA. Hours are Monday–Saturday 7:00am–5:00pm and may vary with client needs. This is an as-needed, PRN role with no guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities include patient care, workers’ compensation case management, Return to Work program facilitation, and treatment plan monitoring. Collaboration with Medcor leadership and external providers is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have valid licensure for the position.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality with customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care at on-site clinic.
• Manage workers’ compensation cases and RTW program facilitation.
• Monitor treatment plans and coordinate with medical/operational leadership.
• Document care using EMR and other tools.
• Collaborate with external medical providers and client staff.
