Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) at our Goodyear site. You will perform first aid, guide associates on injuries, and coordinate care with external providers.

You will document care, assist with workers’ compensation, and participate in safety meetings and training. Flex shifts, CPR/AED certification upkeep, and a strong safety mindset are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification from DOH or NREMT required.
• Athletic Trainer Certification (BOC or state) and credentialing to teach first aid/CPR/AED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation.

Responsabilités

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Coach on safe work habits with site leadership.
