Amazon seeks an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support the Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) program at a California site in Hesperia. You will provide first aid, support on-site health initiatives, and collaborate with the WHS Site Manager and specialists to protect associate wellbeing.

Responsibilities include documenting care, coordinating workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, and delivering first aid, CPR, and AED training as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current BLS certification; EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certification preferred.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and workers’ compensation expected.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first aid support and referrals to outside medical providers.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care and coordinate workers’ compensation/return-to-work programs.
• Deliver first aid/CPR/AED training as needed and maintain credentials.
• Support on-site safety operations and assist with emergency response.
