Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's Workplace Health & Safety team seeks an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to provide first aid, guidance on injuries, and support safety operations at the Huntley, IL site. You will work with the WHS Site Manager and specialists, maintain records, coordinate workers’ comp, and lead CPR/AED training while embracing flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current valid BLS certification.
• EMT or Paramedic certification from DoH or NREMT, or Athletic Trainer certification.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and workers' compensation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and engagement with associates.
• Maintain care records and coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work.
• Provide daily logs and shift-end reports.
• Coach safety on the operations floor and maintain medical inventory.
