Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to provide first aid, refer to external providers, and coach associates on health and safety on the Rialto site. You will coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes and participate in safety meetings with the WHS team.

Candidates must hold high school diploma, BLS, and EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certification, with strong Microsoft Office skills and experience in industrial wellness. Flexible shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification.
• EMT or Paramedic certification or Athletic Trainer certification.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation.
• Ability to teach first aid, CPR and AED training.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize associate injury risk through awareness and engagement on the floor.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Assist with drug testing protocols as required.
• Maintain records and daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Support emergency response and safety operations onsite.
• Greet new hires and promote health and wellness awareness.
