Qualifications

3+ years of health coaching and health education experience.
Bachelor's degree in health-related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED Certification.
High energy level with dynamic presentation skills.
Positive role model demonstrating healthy behaviors.
Ability to work independently and remain customer-centric.
Ability to collaborate with the client and matrix partners.
Understand clinical targets and outcome measurements; develop action plans.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support.
Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities.
Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and goals.
Empower customers to participate actively in their health outcomes.
Lead wellness events, group coaching, and health-related seminars.
May perform biometric screenings and collect biometric data using standard techniques.
