Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an onsite RN Health Coach in Boston to deliver in-person coaching, health education, and biometric screening support for our Evernorth Workplace Care clients. You will partner with clients to create personalized health plans and drive outcomes.

You will lead wellness activities, conduct group coaching sessions, and collaborate with internal teams to align health strategies with client goals. Fluency in Spanish is required and ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification is expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the respective state and ability to maintain licensure.
• Strong clinical skills with 3+ years in health and wellness.
• 1+ year of health coaching/education experience.
• ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certifications required.
• Spanish bilingual with ability to pass language tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face coaching and support.
• Identify education needs via targeted health assessments.
• Collaborate to establish health improvement plans and goals.
• Lead wellness activities, group coaching, and health seminars.
• May perform biometric screenings and use data to drive outcomes.
• Support health-related site events and collaborate with matrix partners.
