• High energy with dynamic presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with clients.
• Strong computer and software application skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face coaching and support.
• Identify education needs through targeted assessments.
• Collaborate with customers to develop personalized health plans and goals.
• Empower customers to participate actively in their health outcomes.
• Lead wellness activities like group coaching, challenges, and seminars.
• May perform biometric screenings (finger sticks, BP, body composition).
• Use biometric data and motivational interviewing to drive outcomes.
