Job summary

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company is seeking an onsite Registered Nurse Health Coach in Boston to provide face-to-face coaching, conduct health assessments, and collaborate on personalized wellness plans. You will empower clients to pursue healthier outcomes and lead wellness activities across client sites.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in health/wellness, 1+ year health coaching, and current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification, with bilingual Spanish skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the relevant state and ability to maintain licensure.
• 3+ years of health and wellness clinical experience.
• 1+ years of health coaching/education experience.
• Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification.
• High energy and dynamic presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish with ability to pass language tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face health coaching and support.
• Identify health education needs via targeted assessments.
• Refer clients to Cigna Evernorth programs or client-specific programs.
• Collaborate to set health improvement plans with personalized goals.
• Empower clients to actively participate in their health outcomes.
• Assist clients in overcoming barriers to better health.
• Lead wellness activities, group coaching, and health seminars.
• Support biometric screenings and interpret results to drive outcomes.
• Coordinate with matrix partners to support client health strategies.
