Job summary

CVS Health in Florida seeks an Analyst, Account Manager to support public sector accounts onsite across client worksites. You will handle member inquiries, resolve benefits and claims questions, and build strong sponsor relationships to promote satisfaction and retention.

Travel to client sites is required, and you will collaborate with Eligibility, Claims, and Clinical teams to ensure accurate, timely service. A Florida health license and 1–2 years in customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Active Florida Health Insurance License 2-15 Life & Health or 2-40 Health Only (or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire).
• Comfortable with regular travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve member inquiries and escalations related to benefits, claims, eligibility and policy interpretation.
• Serve as primary onsite liaison for designated public sector accounts and build strong relationships.
• Provide real-time support to plan sponsors and members at client worksites to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Plan and lead open enrollment meetings and health events to educate members about benefits.
• Review data related to claims and utilization; communicate insights to clients for decision-making.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of client benefits and CVS Health systems to serve as subject matter expert.
