You will lead compliance with standards, mentor staff, and collaborate with other departments to improve care delivery while maintaining member privacy and data integrity. Expect up to 50% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• 3+ years of managed care experience.
• 3-5+ years in a physical or behavioral healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical management regulations, standards and policies.
• Proficiency with computer systems including multiple platforms.
• Time management and highly organized.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and support staff to meet business needs.

Responsibilities
