Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Member Engagement Benefit Specialist to support the City of Orlando with onsite, high-touch benefits service across worksites. You’ll resolve inquiries, educate employees during open enrollment, and act as a trusted liaison between CVS Health and city HR teams.

You’ll communicate clearly, travel regularly between sites, and apply your healthcare benefits knowledge to improve member experience and satisfaction for city employees and their families.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Active Florida Health Insurance License.
• 2-15 Life & Health or 2-40 Health Only (or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire).
• Comfortable with regular travel to City of Orlando worksites.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve inquiries related to benefits, claims, eligibility, and policy interpretation.
• Serve as onsite liaison between CVS Health and City of Orlando HR/Benefits teams.
• Provide real-time support at City worksites and lead enrollment events.
• Review claims and utilization data; share insights with city leadership.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation of all interactions.
• Coordinate with internal CVS teams to resolve complex member issues.
