Paylocity is seeking an Implementation Consultant to partner with clients with moderately complex needs. You will lead discovery sessions, design configurations, and ensure accurate data conversion for smooth onboarding to our HR and payroll platform.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent client communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site position based in Meridian, ID, with no remote option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years of Customer Service or Client interfacing role.
• Strong communication and client-focused mindset throughout implementation.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to clients during implementation, facilitating meetings and maintaining communication.
• Provide smooth post-implementation support including maintenance and issue resolution.
• Assist with data migration, data mapping and validation for accurate data integration.
