Job summary

Zones is seeking a Hardware Deployment Technician for 100% on-site work in Columbus, Ohio. The role focuses on device setup, imaging, inventory, and printer mappings, with a base pay of $27 per hour and standard hours Monday–Friday 8–5, with flexibility as needed.

The ideal candidate will have A+ certification or equivalent desktop support experience, familiarity with SCCM and Windows deployments, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A+ Certification or equivalent desktop support experience.
• Experience with Windows-based deployment and imaging.
• Ability to work on-site in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Windows desktops/laptops with base image.
• Inventory software and document printer mappings.
• Replace old devices and connect peripherals.
• Install software and printers; ensure network connectivity.
• Escalate issues to onsite lead technician and manage assets.
