Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator in Columbus, OH for an onsite role. The position offers a 8:00am–4:30pm schedule, with a $15.76 per hour wage at One Nationwide Plaza location.

The role supports the Hardware Management & Provisioning Team and focuses on end-to-end hardware lifecycle processes. You will handle warehouse duties, packaging and shipping of PCs, and daily ticket fulfillment while maintaining strong communication with internal customers

Qualifications

Experience with PC hardware and peripherals and inventory/warehouse.
Self-starter: able to work effectively without constant supervision.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage conversations with customers and management.

Responsibilities

Fills orders for supplies and forms including receipt and shipment, delivery and reordering, and inventory maintenance in a warehouse environment.
Efficiently and securely package and ship PCs and appropriate accessories to end users
Process all items according to the requirements of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Communicate with internal customers and management, especially when problems arise (in person, on the phone and via email)
