Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build, image, configure, and provision Windows PCs and Apple Mac devices.
• Install operating systems, applications, drivers, security tools, and updates.
• Perform post-build validation to ensure devices are deployment-ready.
• Prepare devices for hires, replacements, refreshes, and rehires.
• Troubleshoot imaging/provisioning issues and escalate complex problems.
