Job summary

Zifo Lab is seeking a Lab Computing Analyst to provide consulting, analytical and technical laboratory services on-site at a Cambridge, MA client site. The role requires full-time on-site presence and involves coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to meet validation and compliance needs.

You will gather requirements, perform IT consulting, manage multiple projects, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Biomedical, or Chemical fields.
• Experience in software development and testing is required.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience.
• Familiarity with GLP, GMP, and 21 CFR Part 11 is preferred.
• Ability to interpret client requests and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements management and onsite validation/compliance support.
• Provide IT consulting and act as customer liaison.
• Deliver onsite lab IT support and break/fix for instrument systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and field service engineers during engagements.
