Job Description

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a QA Test Lead.

Position type: Fulltime Contract
Duration: Open Ended
Location: Onsite QA Test Lead

As a QA Test Lead you will:

• Lead and execute end-to-end testing strategies for Guidewire Policy Center implementations, ensuring comprehensive validation of policy administration processes, rating, and underwriting rules.
• Perform requirements analysis, author functional test cases, and execute test cases while understanding the testable software requirements.
• Apply knowledge in testing tools and automation testing.
• Recommend scope of work for automation testing and plans are in place to implement and execute automation test scripts.
• Execute/maintain automated scripts and troubleshoot/fix. Coordinate the updates with Test Analyst(s) as needed. Defect Management, including logging and reporting of defects.
• Lead testing for Client’s transformation initiatives and/or application portfolios.
• Test management, communication, metrics, and status reporting, including identification of risks and escalation of issues to the project team and/or Client.
• Obtain approval from Client for all deliverables as per the defined acceptance criteria.
• Prepare test summary reports for each software release targeted for production.
• Coordinate work with onshore/offshore team members as needed.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $45/hr W2 - $50/hr W2
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
