Job Overview

Rothe is seeking an IT Procurement Analyst to support the Commercial IT Management team (CITM) within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) for the NASA eMITS contract. This role involves managing IT procurement processes, supporting acquisition activities, and collaborating across teams to ensure effective IT resource management. The position is remote.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create procurement requisitions and documentation for NASA IT requirements using ServiceNow.
2. Review IT requests for completeness and collaborate with customers to understand their needs.
3. Obtain market research quotes for IT requirements.
4. Assist with SOW, justification, forms, and other procurement documentation.
5. Manage workflows and maintain SLAs in ServiceNow.
6. Support customers with procurement requests and post-award activities.
7. Contribute to procurement consolidation efforts and data collection for audits.
8. Support software renewal processes and website/content management.
9. Maintain SOPs and assist with shared inbox management.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field; minimum 5 years relevant experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with cloud-based systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 suite.
• Experience with SAP and managing competing priorities under deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Broad knowledge of FAR and large-scale requirement renewal experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Process improvement experience.
• Familiarity with IT-specific contracts (GWAC, IDIQs, BPAs, GSA schedules).
• Knowledge of commercial IT.
