Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and negotiate terms with prospective clients. This role requires proactive prospecting, mastery of CRM systems (Salesforce), and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; related sales experience preferred.
At least two years of sales experience preferred.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory
Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM to track activities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
Negotiate pricing and scope of service with prospective clients
Prepare executive summaries for client presentations
Travel domestically for client meetings and events
