Job summary

EH Group Engineering is seeking a hands-on Project Manager in Houston to own the integrated master schedule for 15–25+ active projects across Switzerland and the United States. You will create a single source of truth for status, drive milestones, manage dependencies, and lead the PMO evolution in a fast-growing, capital-intensive environment.

The role requires 4–7 years of PMO experience, PMP certification, and a proven track record of pushing schedules with data.

Qualifications

PMP certification is required and must be current.
Proven track record driving schedules rather than just reporting them.
Experience standing up PMO, portfolio process or a project management platform.
Hands-on depth with modern PM platforms (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Planview).
Ability to manage dependencies across many concurrent projects and across sites/time zones.
Strong influence without authority; ability to drive adoption of process.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated master schedule across 15–25+ active projects with cross-project dependency map and critical path.
Drive milestone dates, push owners to commit, and flag risks early.
Trade-off projects when competing for resources; build capacity picture and communicate impact.
Maintain and improve the PM platform; migrate from spreadsheets/status decks to a single source of truth.
Run portfolio reviews and reporting for leadership and the Board across Switzerland and the US.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and finance to support scalable processes.
