Job summary

EH Group is seeking an Operations Project Manager in Houston to lead an integrated master schedule for 15–25+ projects. The role requires driving milestones, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, and finance, and maintaining a single source of truth for status.

You will manage cross-site dependencies between the US and Switzerland, build dashboards, and influence without direct authority in a fast-growing energy hardware environment. On-site in Houston with regular travel.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in project, program or PMO roles, preferably in energy, hardware, or manufacturing environments.
• PMP certification or equivalent demonstrates scheduling rigor and governance.
• Experience standing up PMOs or portfolio processes and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated master schedule across 15–25+ active projects with cross-project dependencies.
• Drive milestone dates, push ownership to commit, and escalate early when dates are at risk.
• Manage risk, issues and changes; track decisions to closure and remove blockers.
• Define minimum project standards (scope, schedule, milestones, risks, actions, issues, decisions, status).
• Lead migration to a single source of truth for project data and dashboards across sites in Switzerland and the US.
