Job summary

EH Group Engineering in Houston is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to own the integrated master schedule for 15–25+ projects across Swiss and US operations. You will drive milestones, manage dependencies, and establish an operating cadence with weekly execution reviews and monthly portfolio reviews.

You will implement a single source of truth for reporting, migrate from spreadsheets, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and finance.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in project, program or PMO roles at high-growth companies.
• PMP certification (Project Management Professional, PMI).
• Track record of driving schedules with data credibility.
• Experience standing up PMO or portfolio processes and tooling.
• Hands-on depth with Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday or Planview.
• Experience coordinating across sites, countries and time zones.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work independently.
• Willing to be based onsite in Houston and travel to Switzerland.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong influencing skills and bias to action.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated master schedule across 15–25+ active projects in one place.
• Maintain cross-project dependency map and the critical path.
• Drive milestone dates, push owners to commit, escalate risks early.
• Manage competing needs and build a capacity picture to avoid over-commitment.
• Establish and run planning, weekly execution reviews, and monthly portfolio reviews.
• Track risks, issues, changes and decisions to closure; chase blockers.
• Define minimum standards for scope, schedule, milestones, risks and actions.
• Lead stand-up of PMO platform; evaluate options, implement and migrate from spreadsheets.
• Own configuration, admin, and data quality of the PM platform.
• Build dashboards so status is self-serve; monitor portfolio across Switzerland and US.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and finance.
• Provide leadership with a clear portfolio view and support future scaling.
