EH Group Engineering in Houston, TX seeks a hands-on Project Manager to unify 15–25+ active projects across Switzerland and the United States. You will own the integrated master schedule, manage dependencies, drive milestones, and elevate risks before they become issues.

The role requires onsite work in Houston, willingness to travel to Switzerland, and experience implementing a single source of truth for portfolio status. Competitive compensation with equity and relocation support are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7 years in project/program/PMO roles at a growth company.
• PMP certification (PMI).
• Able to drive schedules with data and credibility, not just report them.
• Experience standing up PMO/portfolio processes and driving adoption.
• Hands-on depth with modern PM tools including configuration and admin tasks.
• Manage dependencies across many concurrent projects across sites/time zones.

Aufgaben

• Own the integrated master schedule across 15–25+ projects with cross-project dependencies and critical path.
• Defend milestone dates, push owners to commit, escalate early when risks appear.
• Balance scarce resources across projects and build a capacity picture to avoid overcommitment.
• Establish and run planning, weekly execution reviews, and monthly portfolio reviews.
• Lead PM platform migration to a single source of truth and ensure data quality.
• Coordinate handoffs between Swiss engineering and US manufacturing/ops.
• Provide portfolio visibility to leadership and shape scaling of the function.
