Job summary

EH Group Engineering is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to unify 20–60+ projects across Switzerland and the United States. You will own the integrated master schedule, drive milestone commitments, and implement a single source of truth for portfolio management.

You will lead process standardization, platform configuration, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and finance to ensure on-time delivery and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in project/program/PMO roles at a growth company
• PMP certification held and active
• Proven ability to drive schedules with data-backed credibility
• Experience standing up a PMO or portfolio process
• Experience configuring/owning a modern PM platform (Jira/Smartsheet/Asana/Monday/Planview)
• Ability to manage cross-site, cross-time-zone dependencies
• Strong written/spoken English and independent working style

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated master schedule across 15–25+ projects and the dependency map
• Set and defend milestone dates; push owners to commit
• Trade-off analysis when projects compete for people/parts/weeks
• Maintain visibility to what moves when a date shifts
• Establish and run weekly/monthly portfolio cadence; report to leadership/Board
• Manage risks, issues, changes; drive decisions to closure
• Define minimum standards for scope/schedule/milestones/risks
• Lead PM platform migration from spreadsheets to a single source of truth
• Own platform configuration and data quality; scale portfolio to 60+ projects
• Build dashboards so status is generated, not assembled
• Coordinate handoffs between Swiss engineering and US manufacturing/ops
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and finance
• Provide portfolio view of on-track vs at-risk; shape future hiring
