Job summary

EH Group Engineering is hiring a hands-on Project Manager to own the integrated master schedule for 15–25+ projects, across Switzerland and the United States. You will drive milestones, manage dependencies, and build a single source of truth for portfolio status.

You will lead the PMO, define standards, and implement a modern project management platform while coordinating with Swiss engineering and US manufacturing. This role requires onsite work in Houston with regular international travel.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in project, program or PMO roles at energy/hardware/manufacturing
• PMP certification
• Proven track record driving schedules, not just reporting
• Experience standing up PMO/portfolio process and adoption
• Hands-on depth with modern PM platforms: Jira/Smartsheet/Asana/Monday/Planview incl. config
• Experience managing dependencies across many concurrent projects
• Experience across sites, countries and time zones
• Excellent English communication; able to work independently in a lean, global team
• Willing to be onsite in Houston and travel, including to Switzerland
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated master schedule across 15–25+ active projects
• Drive milestone dates, push owners to commit, escalate early when at risk
• Manage cross-project dependencies and capacity planning
• Keep schedule slips from compounding and communicate impact
• Establish and run planning and review cadences for portfolio
• Lead risk, issue and change management to closure
• Define minimum standards for scope, schedule, milestones, risks, actions
• Lead stand-up of PM platform and migrate from spreadsheets to a single source of truth
• Own platform configuration and data quality as portfolio grows
• Build dashboards so status is visible without manual assembly
• Run portfolio across Switzerland and the United States with consistent view
• Manage handoffs between Swiss engineering and US manufacturing
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, deployment and finance
• Provide leadership with a clear portfolio view and plan to scale the function
