EH Group Engineering in Houston, TX is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to own the integrated portfolio view across 20+ projects, aligning schedule, risk, and dependencies across US and Switzerland. You will shepherd the PMO evolution, implement a single source of truth platform, and drive early risk mitigation with data-driven decisions.

This full-time, onsite role requires travel to Switzerland and US sites, collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and finance, and existing US work

Formación

• 4–7 years in project, program or PMO roles at a high-growth company
• Experience in energy, hardware, manufacturing or capital-intensive environments
• Proven track record of driving schedules with data-backed decisions
• Experience standing up PMO or portfolio processes and adoption
• Hands-on depth with modern PM platforms and administration
• Experience working across sites, countries, and time zones
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Willing to be onsite in Houston and travel to Switzerland

Responsabilidades

• Own the integrated master schedule across 15–25+ active projects with a cross-project dependency map
• Drive the schedule: set milestone dates, push owners to commit, escalate early when at risk
• Balance trade-offs across projects to optimize people, parts and weeks
• Maintain cadence: planning, weekly execution reviews and monthly portfolio reviews
• Lead PM platform stand-up: evaluate options, implement, and migrate from spreadsheets to a single source of truth
• Own configuration, administration and data quality of the PM platform
• Build dashboards so status is generated automatically and visible to leadership
• Manage handoffs between Swiss engineering and US manufacturing and operations
• Provide portfolio view to CEO/CTO/COO and plan scaling including first hire on the team
