Campus Commons Park Corporation is seeking a hands-on General Manager to oversee facilities, maintenance, and daily office operations for a 571-member community.

You’ll supervise staff and contractors, manage budgets, support the Board, coordinate events, and ensure safety and service standards across clubhouses, pools, and grounds. This role blends hands-on problem solving with administrative leadership and member services, with a hybrid schedule after training.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee facilities and maintenance management (60%).
• Oversee office management (40%).
• Coordinate staff and contractors, manage budgets, support the Board.
• Prepare reports for the Board; communicate with committees and residents.
• Plan clubhouse rentals, events, and daily use with staff and committees.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and assist with annual budget prep.
