Inframark Community Management Services seeks a Clubhouse Manager to oversee daily association operations and drive efficient administrative function for hundreds of communities.

Responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, vendor contract management, inspections, and ensuring compliance with policies. Collaborative leadership and strong communication are essential for success.

Competenze

• Education: BA/BS and 1-2 years in Community/Association management or AA and 2-3 years of experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License; CMCA, AMS preferred.
• Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office; basic office equipment & phone systems.

Mansioni

• Develops and monitors property budgets; prepares monthly financial reports.
• Coordinates, negotiates and administers vendor contracts for property-level services.
• Conducts monthly property inspections; communicates deed restriction violations and enforces policies.
• Attends Board and annual meetings; prepares notices, agendas and minutes.
• Responds to inquiries from Board, homeowners and vendors; ensures resolution and recording.
• Works with Community Manager Lead and Senior Managers for ongoing training and mentoring.
