Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking an IT Network Operations Engineer to support enterprise-class data centers and ensure network availability for game-day operations. The role focuses on high availability across on-premise and cloud environments, involving proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and documentation.

The position is onsite in the United States with a 1st shift 7AM–4PM schedule and weekend/holiday work as required, contributing to national and league-wide IT infrastructure and fan experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
• CCNA and CCNP (or equivalent) ITIL and server/cloud certifications preferred.
• Experience in multisite, complex environments is required.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security practices, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• System Monitoring using SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure network reliability.
• Lead network-related incident resolution and SLA adherence.
• Implement and support secure networking across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Create and maintain detailed network documentation and topology maps.
