• Full-cycle recruiting experience from intake to closing.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with different levels of complexity.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a broad range of corporate and operational roles.
• Recruit across functions such as People Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Facilities, Business Operations.
• Balance high-volume recruiting with specialized searches and adapt sourcing strategies.
• Act as a strategic partner by providing labor-market insights and clear hiring profiles.
• Conduct thorough initial interviews assessing capability, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies via direct outreach, referrals, and events.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflecting General Matter’s mission and culture.
• Track recruiting metrics to improve pipeline health and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate ATS records to strengthen reporting and forecasting.
• Wear many hats across recruiting and coordinate onsite interviews.
