Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026/27 school year in the Toledo area. This full-time contract role emphasizes collaboration with students, educators, and families to advance IEP goals and academic achievement.

You will evaluate, treat, and document progress for a diverse caseload, contributing to a supportive school community and ongoing professional engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP state licensure for Ohio or eligibility to obtain.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
• Recent experience working with school-aged children is highly sought after.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Capability and enthusiasm for working onsite with students, educators, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students, supporting IEP goals and academic achievement.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized plans.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as a collaborative team member.
• Engage in progress monitoring and data-driven decision making for student growth.
• Offer support and resources for teachers and families as needed.
