Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract in Ohio, delivering 37.5 hours per week across the 26/27 school year with a caseload capped at 80 students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

You will provide high-quality speech and language services, conduct assessments, create individualized plans, track progress, and collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and educators, including IEP meetings and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio SLP license required.
• Accepting CFY and CCC SLP candidates.
• Previous school-based experience or training preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to collaboration with educators, families, and school teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to K-12 students.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and track student progress.
• Collaborate with general and special education staff to support students.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation.
