WECTEC Staffing Services in Juno Beach, FL, seeks a Recruiter-Level 1 for a 1-year contract. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across roles, partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent and a seamless candidate experience. You report to the onsite Manager.

The role focuses on mid-level recruitment with strong sourcing, Boolean, social outreach, and relationship-building skills. Onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in agency and corporate recruiting.
• Proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent.
• Strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and peers.
• Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS).
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Commitment to delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques—Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles.
• Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit.
• Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions.
• Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations.
• Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices.
• Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence.
