Job summary

Lahlouh, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Lead to oversee daily fulfillment operations and coordinate with Online, Print and Promo teams in our San Leandro facility. The role requires hands-on leadership to manage orders, campaigns, and shipments while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

You will report to the Director of Fulfillment and Warehouse Operations and serve as the go-to liaison for status updates, problem solving, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound warehouse processes with 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of related work experience, or equivalent combination as a front-line manager in fulfillment/warehouse/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fulfillment operations and assist the Fulfillment Team.
• Coordinate with Online, Print and Promo Project Managers to roll out daily fulfillment orders and campaigns.
• Be the go-to person for status, questions, and support in the Fulfillment Department.
• Define wave picking and manage order priorities; handle back orders.
• Develop kitting strategies (pre-assembly, on demand, customized, de-kitting).
• Represent Fulfillment in weekly update meetings and with PMs for capacity planning.
