Job summary

Lahlouh Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Lead in San Leandro, CA, 100% onsite. You will oversee the Fulfillment Team, coordinate with Online, Print, and Promo teams, and manage daily orders and campaigns to ensure accurate, timely execution.

Reporting to the Director of Fulfillment and Warehouse Operations, you will optimize wave picking, back orders, and shipping. Strong ERP/WMS, international shipping, and leadership capabilities are required.

Qualifications

Must have strong inbound and outbound warehouse processes with at least five years of experience in a similar environment.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experiences as a front-line manager in a fulfillment, warehouse, or manufacturing operation.
ERP and WMS systems proficiency and experience in international shipping are essential.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily fulfillment operations and assist the fulfillment team with orders and campaigns.
Coordinate with Online, Print and Promo Project Managers to rollout daily fulfillment orders and campaigns.
Serve as the go-to person for status, questions and support within Fulfillment.
