Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking an on-site Operations Leadership role focused on developing and supporting partner fulfillment centers. You will oversee startup functions, drive onboarding, and ensure sites hit KPIs using ShipBob’s dashboard and fulfillment services.

You will travel to partner sites, manage training, and coordinate with local management to close gaps and improve merchant experience. This role requires 3-5+ years in ecommerce fulfillment leadership and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of operations leadership experience in an e-commerce fulfillment environment with experience managing 3PL relationships.
• Advanced understanding of outbound and inbound fulfillment operations.
• Ability to open new building sites and set up teams for success.

Responsibilities

• Help in site selections and partner vetting.
• Lead 60–90 day launch and post-launch onboarding.
• Set up dashboard and services for SFN partner sites.
• Train SFN partners on dashboard configuration and SOPs.
• Travel to sites for operational audits and support site implementations.
