Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an Operations Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding of new merchants across the U.S. fulfillment network, from post-sale handoff to graduation, ensuring strong operational performance.

You will coordinate across Fulfillment Center Operations, Solutions Engineering, Merchant Success, Forecasting, and Sales to remove friction and align with merchant requirements, reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations Implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Fulfillment Operations and/or Operational Program Management.
• Experience interfacing with Merchants/Suppliers/External 3rd Parties.
• Experience with PowerBI and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational onboarding of new ShipBob merchants across the U.S. fulfillment network.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Fulfillment Center Operations, Solutions Engineering, Process Engineering, Merchant Success, Forecasting, Analytics, and Sales.
• Manage merchant implementation lifecycle from post-sale handoff through graduation.
